Cancellation Policy
Class Booking Policies: Booking Confirmation: All class bookings must be confirmed through our official booking platform or via email. Students will receive a confirmation email once the booking is successful. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure a spot. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, or cash. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will receive a full refund or credit towards a future class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the booking fee is non-refundable. Class Rescheduling: Students can reschedule their class with a minimum of 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Rescheduled classes must be attended within the next 30 days. Class Packages: Class package holders must use their sessions within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions beyond the validity period will not be refunded.
